We have always been very proud of our breakfasts. Everyone can choose their favourite from the a la carte menu, accompanied by delicious coffee and a kind family. The bubbly obviously as well. You can come to breakfast even if you don't stay overnight!

Balance is key in the Ammende kitchen.
This balance is evident both in the food and among the family members. Our small kitchen is filled with talented chefs who are passionate about cooking and whose hearts beat faster when preparing dishes with fresh ingredients. However, even more important to our chefs than creating excellent dishes is the kitchen team, with whom they work side by side every day. It is through experimenting with new flavors and dishes together that they arrive at the most perfect ones, which are then formulated into the menu. Villa Ammende supports local ingredients and purity of taste, and in the dishes, the raw ingredients themselves speak for themselves.
We support Estonia local and fresh produce and the purity of different tastes that complement each other.
