Meals offered in our restaurant are simple and pure. The one who operates and steers Villa Ammende kitchen is Margus Särev. Margus is the chef of our family, a cook with a heart. Making food from fresh ingredients makes his heart beat faster. But even more important for Margus is the team he cooks with in the kitchen. When experimenting with new flavors and dishes, they reach the most perfect ones, which are then formulated into a menu. We support Estonia local and fresh produce and the purity of different tastes that complement each other.

Scrambeled eggs with hand crafted pesto and bacon
Eggs of local chickens with a little whipped cream to make the result creamier. Pesto is made of fresh stuff that is currently available. Of course homemade. Bacon is crispy, baked in the oven.

Goat cheese omelet with cherry tomatoes and green salad
To target the creaminess a little whipped cream has also been added to the omelette. Goat cheese is, of course, our favorite, Kalamatsi dairy.

Egg cooked at 63°C, brioche and salted salmon
No, it is not just an egg. It has been baked for an hour and when cut, it has perfectly flowing yellow. Salted salmon is tuned with beetroot, both in colour and taste. The brioche is made on site, nice and buttery.

Fried eggs with bbq duck confit and beans in tomato sauce
The plate features local eggs and pulled meat from duck legs that have been in the oven overnight, seasoned with homemade honey and mustard BBQ sauce. Beans in tomato sauce are boiled every morning in Ammende's kitchen, onions, garlic and our own bed spices to complement the taste.

Blueberry pancakes with curd from Pajumäe farm and strawberry jam
Blueberry pancakes come with a well-creamy curd from the Pajumäe Farm in Pärnu County and, of course, raw jam from strawberries grown by Herkki's grandmother.
