• The price of accommodation is inclusive of à la carte breakfast, WiFi and ISDN line, parking in a closed courtyard, and car charging station access (for Teslas and electric cars).
• All prices are given in euros and are inclusive of VAT as prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
• You are welcome to check in at any time between 15.00 and 18.00. If you have not notified us of a later arrival, we retain the right to offer your room to the next guest.
• On the day of leaving, you need to give up your room (as sad as it is) by 12 the latest.
• You can enjoy breakfast every day between 7.30 and 11.
• Parking is free in a closed courtyard (entrance from Remmelga Street). There you will also find the charging stations for Teslas and electric cars.
• In case you wish to bring your pet with you, get in touch with us beforehand. We have few rooms in our Garden Villa that are suitable for stay with a pet.
• We are happy to host children. A child under 3 years of age can sleep with their parents or in a baby cot – for free; a child between 4 – 12 years of age can sleep on the foldable sofa or in an extra bed – for 35 eur/night. A child older than 13 can sleep on the foldable sofa or in an extra bed – for 45 eur/night.
• Our hotel is smoking free. You can smoke in the park garden.
• You can cancel your reservation for free for up to 24 hours before arrival. If you give us a shorter notice than 24 hours, we retain the right to still bill you for one night´s stay.
• If you have not paid for your stay in advance, you have to pay on arrival in local currency. You can use cash, debit and credit cards to pay. If you prefer to pay with an invoice, contact our sales team beforehand.
• All personal data inserted to the booking environment is confidential and is processed in accordance with the requirements of GDPR.
