This balance is evident both in the food and among the family members. Our small kitchen is filled with talented chefs who are passionate about cooking and whose hearts beat faster when preparing dishes with fresh ingredients. However, even more important to our chefs than creating excellent dishes is the kitchen team, with whom they work side by side every day. It is through experimenting with new flavors and dishes together that they arrive at the most perfect ones, which are then formulated into the menu. Villa Ammende supports local ingredients and purity of taste, and in the dishes, the raw ingredients themselves speak for themselves.

The Ammende drink list is just like an old oak tree standing in the corner of our terrace. With dignity it has stood there 100 years or more. In its beauty and simplicity, this mighty tree embodies the same values we aim in Villa Ammende. Here are the hints of sustainable European agriculture, ancient grape varieties, and perhaps lesser-known wine regions. We offer you a selection of the skills and care of our own winemakers from Pärnumaa. Just as our oak tree has gained new rings over the years, our wine tree has grown also. The drinks we offer, raise the dishes served by our hosts, allowing them to shine in the budding spring, sparkling summer, golden autumn, and sleepy winter.
