Our small kitchen is filled with talented chefs who are passionate about cooking and whose hearts beat faster when preparing dishes with fresh ingredients. However, even more important to our chefs than creating excellent dishes is the kitchen team, with whom they work side by side every day. It is through experimenting with new flavors and dishes together that they arrive at the most perfect ones, which are then formulated into the menu. Villa Ammende supports local ingredients and purity of taste, and in the dishes, the raw ingredients themselves speak for themselves.
