Chef’s table is a concept where the guest dinner table is originally brought to the kitchen. Villa Ammende chef Herkki Ruubel brings the kitchen to the dining room! Herkki prepares the first course with you in the private dining hall and tells you about his cookery knowledges and interesting stories about kitchen happenings during his career.
