Warming tomato soup – with poached cod and dried leeks (L)

Oven-roasted black salsify and goat cheese salad – served with caramelized peach, toasted walnuts and

Dijon mustard-honey vinaigrette dressing(P)*

Cod tar-tar – marinated fennel and apple salad, avocado cream and herring caviar sour cream (L)
Smoked oxtail terrine – with handmade green pepper sour milk cheese (sõir), marinated vegetables and vinaigrette dressing (L)

Pulled Iberico pork cheek “Wellington” – with boletus aioli and Ammende´s Christmas passion (L, G)

Rabbit confit – creamy potato puree, roasted Romain lettuce and demi-glace (L)

Baked and slightly smoked pork belly – with peanut carrots, green pea fricassee and smoked pork belly sauce (L, P)

Creamy Christmas polenta cake – with vegetable fricassee, sage and sun-dried tomatoes sauce (L)*

Braised beef cheek – Brussels sprouts puree, oven baked potatoes,

handmade green pepper sour milk cheese (sõir) and demi-glaze (L)

Cod filet cooked in butter – with mild spiced cauliflower, cod butter and marinated Wakame sesame seeds (L)
