A: The room is at your disposal from 14:00 on the day of your arrival.
Q: What is check-out time?
A: As aresident guest, you may use your room until 12 noon on the day of your departure.
Q: Is it possible to request a late check-out?
A: Subject to availability, this may be possible at an additional cost.
Q: Cancellation and no-show policy?
A:You can cancel your booking until 16:00 on the day of your arrival without a fee. In case you fail to arrive without cancelling your reservation, the hotel is entitled to charge equal to the first night’s stay including taxes and possible additional services per room to your credit card.
Q: Is luggage storage possible?
A: The front desk will be delighted to store your luggage on the day of arrival or departure.
Q: Is there a car park?
A: Villa Ammende has a private parking service in our courtyard.
Q: How much is a taxi from Tallinn to Villa Ammende?
A: The price depends on the time of day and traffic conditions, but usually costs approximately 150 EUR

Q: Is there a shoe polishing service available?
A: At Villa Ammende, you can leave your shoes outside the door during the night. We will make sure that your shoes are polished and returned by the next morning.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: In general pets are not allowed in our hotel. However exception can be made, depending on the specific requirements. In the restaurant we are even more flexible, especially during the summertime at our summer terrace.
