Pärnu Restaurant Week in Villa Ammende

During the Pärnu Restaurant Week, you can learn about the restaurants representing extremely diverse styles, as well as the wonderful chefs who work there. We hope that the Restaurant Week helps you learn more about the many restaurants in Pärnu!

During the Restaurant Week, participating restaurants offer lunches and dinners at a special price (2-course lunches and 3-course dinners). The dishes are prepared on the basis of our new à la carte menu. Our Pärnu Restaurant Week menu from Herkki Ruubel:

2 course lunch

Flounder fillet
cauliflower cream, kale, and creamy blue mussel sauce

Bilberries and yoghurt from Mätiku Farm
bilberry compote, bilberry foam and bilberry meringue

3 course dinner

Onion consomé
pearl onion, herring caviar, garlic and onion consommé

Beef ribs
parsley root purée, fresh vegetables, red wine and marrow sauce

Chocolate and kama (traditional Estonian dessert)
kama-mousse, sea buckthorn jelly, salt cracker crumble and chocolate ice cream
