Head Chef’s dinner

We would like to invite you to take part of our new Head Chef’s opening dinner
This is not the first time for Herkki to work in Villa Ammende’s kitchen. He has been here before as a chef and as a sous-chef. While he was away he gathered valuable experience in Estonia and all over the world. For example in London under Gordon Ramsay, in Copenhagen at the restaurant Noma that has been regarded as the best restaurant in the world. After those valuable experiences he worked with one of the best Estonian culinary figures – Tõnis Siigur in the Three Sisters hotel. Lately Herkki has been the Head Chef in many other top restaurants in Pärnu.
You can enjoy meals from the new A la carte menu which is put together by Herkki Ruubel. You can find lamb tongue, onion, yogurt, blueberry and many other delicious ingredients from the menu.
Although the exact menu details will be revealed on the 30’th of March while taking a seat at the dinner table, Herkkis culinary signature has not been changed – Scandinavian simplicity and pure flavours. At least one Estonian produce is represented in every meal. We look forward to welcome you!
