Oven-roasted beet and goat cheese salad – served with caramelized peach, toasted nuts and Dijon and honey vinaigrette

Duck confit – with stewed red cabbage, roasted potatoes and currant and red wine sauce

Vegetable stew – with sage crumble and crispy kale
